Every item is made to order in our Barcelona studio – printed fresh, packed with care.
Production time: 3–5 business days
Orders placed before 12:00 CET Monday–Friday are usually started the same day. You'll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us.

InPost locker pickup
Available for EU + UK orders. Choose a locker near you at checkout – pick up whenever suits you.

Once your parcel arrives you'll get an SMS/email with a collection code. Parcels are held for 72 hours.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
Items personalised with a pet name are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. We recommend a tracked service – we can't be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Refund issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged or we made a mistake, we'll fix it immediately – no return needed.
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery to linevich.print@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or full refund.
