This Privacy Policy explains how Lindom.home collects, uses and protects your personal data when you shop at www.lindomhome.com or contact us. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD).

When you place an order we collect:

  • Name and surname
  • Email address
  • Delivery address
  • Order details and personalisation options (e.g. pet name, colours)
  • Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

When you contact us (email or Instagram) we collect the information you choose to share.

When you visit our website, standard server logs and analytics cookies may collect your IP address, browser type and pages visited. See section 7 for cookie details.

3. Why we use your data (legal basis)

To fulfil your order — process payment, produce your item and arrange delivery. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To communicate about your order — send confirmation emails, shipping updates and handle queries. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

To comply with legal obligations — retain invoices and transaction records as required by Spanish tax law. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Analytics — understand how visitors use our website and improve it. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), with cookie consent where required.

4. Who we share your data with

We only share your data with the third parties necessary to fulfil your order:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy
  • InPost / Packlink — shipping and delivery. Your name and address are shared with the carrier.

We do not sell your data to any third party.

5. How long we keep your data

Order and invoice data is kept for 5 years as required by Spanish tax regulations, then securely deleted.

If you contact us without placing an order, we keep your message for up to 1 year, then delete it.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
